This morning I woke up perhaps a minute or two before 2:45. My short, amazing dream is confirmed in the scriptures I’ve included after the dream, based on that time.
In my dream, I was asleep on my back in bed. I both observed as from a vantage point of looking down, and experienced as in my body.
A supernatural force manifesting like a 2″ solid sphere of intense, electric-blue light came to me: It took about two seconds to approach (I only saw it from about 2′ away) and hover about 6″ above me, then entered my body through the center of my chest. It instantly disbursed from that point outward in all directions throughout my entire body, like a three-dimensional shock wave. Looking down from above, I could see a faint light like a dim, blue sunburst exit my body all around. I felt in my body the burst of shock wave; it was very powerful, but it did not hurt. It made me gasp, but there was no pain. There was a pause of another 2-3 seconds.
Still dreaming, I wondered what this could be, and then thought something like, “Oh, that’s the new outpouring of the Holy Spirit.” The wonderment & answer took only another 3-4 seconds, So it took about 5-6 seconds for me to realize what had just happened.
In the moment that I knew what it was, I began to levitate off of my bed. Then I spied my cat calmly sitting on the floor past the foot of my bed, watching me, and I flew with purpose to pick him up. (I had not directed the rising; it just happened.) I had a certainty that nothing would have manifested until I realized that I had received the Spirit’s power. Then I started to fly out of my bedroom to discover what else I could do. End of (interrupted?) dream.
Revelation
Saints, I don’t know whether we all received this end-times anointing last night or whether God is showing me it is definitely coming. It doesn’t matter. As I had time to selah, even though God didn’t answer that question, He made it clear to me that when we need it, we will already have it. Believe. Act in faith.
Scripture
“43 Why then have you not kept the oath of the LORD*, and the commandment with which I have charged you? 44 The king said moreover to Shimei, You know all the wickedness which your heart knows, that you did to David my father. Therefore the LORD* will return your wickedness upon your own head, 45 and king Solomon will be blessed, and the throne of David will be established before the LORD* forever.”
“43 And whereas you saw iron mixed with miry clay, they will mix themselves with the seed of men, but they will not cleave to one another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44 And in the days of these kings the God of Heaven will set up a kingdom, which will never be destroyed and the kingdom will not be left to another people, but it will break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it will stand forever. (John 12:34. Rev 11:15) 45 Forasmuch as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God has made known to the king what will happen hereafter and the dream is certain, and its interpretation sure. (Rev 1:19; 4:1)”
“43 And reverential fear came to everyone, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. 44 And all those who believed were together and shared all things in common 45 and they sold their possessions and properties and they were dividing the proceeds to all to whatever degree anyone had a need:”
My Advice
If there is some particular supernatural ability you are hoping or expecting to receive–for me it’s flying and walking on water; maybe for you it’s jumping to crazy heights, running as fast as a horse, or having the strength of superman–whatever it is, spend some time practicing or rehearsing. That way, when you need the ability, you will be able to act on “auto pilot” in faith, and not have to think about it first. Seconds might matter.

There was a church youth group on summer hold, and two of the kids, trying to figure out what to do over the summer, made up their minds that they would walk on water like Jesus did. Over the time the group was on summer hold, these boys met every day and practiced at the backyard swimming pool one of them had. Over and over, they would step out in faith, sink in the water, climb out of the pool, and do it again amid much splashing and laughter until they were exhausted.
When the youth group reconvened, the pastor thought it a good idea to take the kids to the ocean for one last day to enjoy the receding warm weather. His message that day was, appropriately, about Peter walking on the water, and at the end he encouraged the boys and girls, all in swimsuits for the day, to try walking on the ocean. All the kids ran to the water, fanning out as each staked their claim to a stretch of oceanfront to try. You can imagine the laughter, belly-flops, and all the rest, and you’d be exactly right.

WOW, Debra! That is a very inspiring message.
There is no reason that we can’t do these things.
They are in the Bible, and as long as we have the Holy Spirit anointing, these things can
be done through us by the Holy Spirit for God’s Glory alone!
Practice is the key to so many things. We need to spend time with those things that we feel led
to develop through the Holy Spirit’s prompting.
It is nice to receive a PRO-ACTIVE message on positive steps we can all take to be receptive to the Holy Spirit’s anointing in these coming times!
Also, I liked the way that you organized this Message— how you broke down the parts under obvious headings.

God gets the glory; I just typed it. — Believe it or not, just NOW I realized why God had me learn touch typing when I was 8 years old!, and why I worked all those years as a typist and then secretary/administrative assistant before becoming a technical writer: ALL of it, not just the writing, was in preparation for this. Wow! God is SOOOO GOOD!!!!!!
The other thing that we have to remember, Peggy, is that we will be doing things even greater than the few I mentioned here, and even greater than all the rest of the miracles and things that are mentioned in the Bible, things never before seen or heard of, things we can’t even imagine. I can’t wait to see what’s coming, and how God will use His saints for His Kingdom! Woo Hoo!
